Exactly! It’s the little things that are specific to your industry that you need to pay attention to but most importantly make a note of. Remember, you are building an invaluable database of your sales territory. The better you know it the higher chance you will have of success.

Other indicators I have heard of:
Solar Sales – they don’t have panels already, have little shading, not a steep roof
Window Sales – they have single pane, old school wood or aluminum windows
Landscaping Sales – high grass, unkempt trees, etc.

Think about what makes sense for your industry and track it.
