Thanks for your response Max. One of the biggest mistakes we see from outside residential sales reps is they think they have worked a territory thoroughly when in fact they have only been through once maybe twice. You make a great point.

I personally do a lot more business than residential but the same rules apply. You will almost never catch everyone the first time through… honestly most territories can be rocked a few dozen times depending what you’re selling.
